Our feeders have a size range of 8"x8" up to 28"x40" from 6 point to 15 point stock. Running speeds are up to 5,000 sheets per hour depending on stock and conditions.

20x20 Feeder

Our vacuum wheel feeder is a 20x 20 that works on the same principal as a folder feeder. This Feeder has a vacuum feed drum that will feed in range of 1,000 sheets per hour up to 5,000 sheets.

This feeder and stacker was custom built with a maximum sheet size of 42" wide X 30" long and a minimum size of 9" X 9". The lifts lower to the floor with a built-in ramp to accomodate pallet loading and unloading. The stacker also has additional fans built into the entry for more cooling of the sheet as it leaves the UV coater. The entry also uses a vacuum belt system to eliminate possible marking of the fresh UV coating.
